What is your contracted cargo company?
-Your orders will be delivered by MNG Cargo that is the contracted service provider.
When do you deliver my orders to the cargo?
- Orders placed until 4 p.m. are delivered to cargo on the same day. Other orders are delivered to cargo on the next day.
When do you deliver orders placed at weekends and during holidays to the cargo?
-Orders placed at weekends and during holidays are delivered to cargo on the next business day.
Am I required to pay cargo cost?
--’s goal is to achieve unconditional customer satisfaction in online shopping. Cargo is free of charge. You do not pay cargo cost for national delivery of products you purchased from (*)

(*) Our free cargo campaign is valid for a limited period of time.
Am I required to pay for return cargo?
-You do not pay for the cargo of returns if you use services of MNG Cargo that is the contracted service provider.
What happens of cargo company cannot find me at the delivery address?
-- Cargo courier leaves a note stating that you can collect the package from the closest branch if you cannot be found at your address. Your order is returned to warehouse if you do not pick up your package from the branch specified in the note within a period of three days.
I did not receive a bill with my order. What should I do?
- Orders are delivered to the cargo together with the bills. You can find the fill in a transparent, plastic pocket on the box containing your order. If you do not receive your bill for any reason whatsoever, you notify your request to the responsible person from the cargo company. Have them issue a report about bills that are not delivered upon request and please notify the issue to us. Original copy or “true copy” of your bill will be sent to your address.
What should I check during the delivery?
- We encourage you to open the packaging and check contents upon signing the cargo delivery slip when you receive orders you placed at If there is a mistake with the contents or products are damaged, have the courier issue “Damage Report” and contact us. Courier/cargo company employee who deliver your package is obliged to issue this report when required.
Order delivered by cargo is incomplete. What should I do?
- We encourage you to open the package and check your order in the presence of courier/ cargo company employee at the time of delivery. If you think your order is incomplete, return the cargo to our company immediately. The form inserted in the package must be completed and sent with the product/ products during returns.
I received wrong product/ products. What should I do?
-- If product/ products you ordered are not the same as the product/ products in the package, you must contact us within 14 days following the delivery of the product. Following your application, you can send your product to’s head office address at “no cargo cost”.
